Our Apartment Lockout Service — What Happens From Your First Call to Your Open Door
When you call us locked out of your apartment, the first thing we do is verify your situation so we can send the right technician with the right tools. We ask for your address, a description of your lock type — whether it is a standard door knob lock, a deadbolt, a mortise lock, or a keypad entry — and a quick ownership or tenancy confirmation. This step protects you and every resident in your building. Once verified, your assigned technician is dispatched immediately. Because we are fully mobile, there is no waiting for a shop to open or a crew to assemble — our technicians are already on the road across Little Rock and Central Arkansas.
We work on all common residential lock configurations. Older apartment buildings in neighborhoods like the Quapaw Quarter often feature traditional mortise lock assemblies — heavy, recessed mechanisms built into the door slab itself — and our technicians are specifically trained to service them without forcing or breaking the cartridge. Newer complexes typically use cylindrical door knob locks or lever-style deadbolts, both of which we handle daily. Where possible, our approach is always damage-free, preserving your lock hardware so no replacement is needed. If a lock is already damaged or worn to the point that it cannot be safely opened non-destructively, we will tell you that up front and walk you through your options before proceeding.
